Immersive
Personalized immersive sessions are for the mamas who simply wanna dig in with a coach for a few hours, gain some insights and strategies, and then go on their merry way to test it all out in the world on their own. They’re scrappy. They’re DIYers, but seek objective and honest feedback from someone who can help them gain clarity to get them off and running in the right direction.
Recurring
Recurring, personalized, private coaching is available for mamas who are ready to DO. THE. WORK. They accept that doing life and parenting differently will take some time. They’re hungry and committed to their personal growth—as a woman and a mom—and know they do best with ongoing support and accountability to help them realize the results they want.
Assessment
If you’re into personal development and/or are interested in expanding your self-knowledge and self-awareness, then this is for you. Similar to the MBTI and Enneagram—but way cooler, IMHO—this assessment measures your attitudes, perceptions and beliefs that drive how you see and engage with yourself and the world. The information gained can be transformative and incredibly powerful.
